1.Warranty Scope
Warranty Period: This product is warranted for twelve months from the date of purchase (based on the date on the invoice or proof of purchase). During the warranty period, if the product is determined to be defective by our company or its authorized service center, we will provide free repair or replacement service.
The warranty period for repaired or replaced products will be governed by the Consumer Protection Act and related laws and regulations. Warranty Details: This warranty applies only to malfunctions or failures to operate normally due to component or manufacturing defects. Our company may, as appropriate, provide repairs or replacement with equivalent parts to ensure that the product maintains reasonable functionality during the warranty period.
2.Circumstances not covered by the warranty
Human-caused damage: damage caused by knocks, drops, impacts, squeezing, unauthorized disassembly, or other improper use; damage caused by moisture, water, high temperature exposure, contact with chemicals, or abnormal environments. Unintentional use: failure to follow the product manual or official guidelines, resulting in product failure or malfunction; use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed (e.g., forced modification, non-wearable use). Unauthorized repair or modification: disassembly, repair, or replacement of parts by anyone other than our company or an authorized repair center; or unauthorized modification of the product's hardware, firmware, or software settings. Natural wear and tear and cosmetic factors: Battery capacity loss over time is normal and is not covered by the warranty.
Wear, scratches, and dirt on the ring's surface are common cosmetic damage caused by normal use. Other exclusions include: failure to provide a valid purchase receipt, or if the serial number has been defaced or damaged; and damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure (such as earthquakes, floods, fires, and lightning strikes).
3.Maintenance Notes
Consumers should first apply through the official customer service system or an authorized repair center and provide their receipt of purchase and product serial number to determine warranty eligibility. Products sent for repair must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
The company is not responsible for any additional damage caused by improper packaging. Before sending the product for repair, consumers should back up their own internal product data (such as application settings, sensor records, etc.).
The repair process may result in data loss, and the company is not responsible for retaining or restoring it. Parts replaced during repairs become the property of the company; the replaced product or part will be covered by the original warranty period or the warranty of the new part. For repairs not covered by the warranty, a repair quote will be provided after inspection and the consumer's approval is required before repairs are performed.
4.Accessories warranty coverage
The warranty period for accessories included with this product (such as charging box and charging cable) is three months from the date of purchase, and is limited to functional failures under normal use.
Consumable accessories (such as USB charging cables) are only guaranteed to be functional upon shipment. We will not provide free repairs or replacements after the warranty period. Accessories damaged by human error or improper use are not covered by the warranty.
5.Governing Law and Dispute Settlement
The interpretation and application of this warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the court where our company is located shall be the first instance of jurisdiction.
